This is a Vermont state souvenir plate with a gadroon edge rim and gold trim. The center of the plate has full color decoration depicting Vermont scenes of maple sugaring, Middlebury College, skiing on Mt. Mansfield, the monument to the Green Mountain Boys, marble cutting, the Capitol building in Montpelier, and old covered bridge, Smuggler's Nothc, the old church in Brattleboro, the 1750 Octagonal Church, and the Bennington Battle Monument. The plate is 10 3/8" wide. It is not marked or signed as to maker, but was probably made by Harker. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
