This is a green transferware souvenir plate for Chemung County, New York. It was made by Kettlesprings Kilns of Ohio. The plate features scenes of General John Sullivan, Mark Twain, Mark Twain's Study, Chemung County Airport, Red Jacket, Original Sullivan's Monument, and Glider Capital of the World. In the center is a diamond and around the sides of the diamond is "Chemung County 125 Years Anniversary 1836-1961." The plate is 10" wide. It is in excellent condition .
