This is a small white milk glass plate with an openwork border of shells and holes. The plate is embossed with three oak leaves, each hand painted in fall or autumn colors. The plate is 6" across. It is not marked or signed, and I have not been able to identify the maker. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. I believe this is early milk glass, Victorian era.
