This is an antique white ironstone platter with a small gold floral pattern along the rim and a monogram of a C or perhaps a G in a wreath. The platter is 15 1/2" x 11 3/4." The back is stamped Homer Laughlin Hudson in green under the HLC mark. Homer Laughlin made Hudson between 1908-1928. The Hudson blank was used for many different decorated patterns. This gold floral is fairly common, but unnamed. The platter is in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks, but there is prevalent crazing throughout. The gold is unworn.
