This is a long strand of black beads interspersed with pastel dyed spiral shells. It is 32" long. Each black bead is 8mm wide. I believe the beads are glass, but they might be porcelain. The shells are each about 5/8" x 5/8," although there is some slight variation from shell to shell. They have a screw barrel clasp. The necklace is not signed or marked. It is similar to some Miriam Haskell pieces in the use of the shells of this shape and size.
