This is the oval platter in the Arlington pattern made by Hall China for Harmony House. Harmony House was a Sears store brand, the patterns were actually made by a variety of manufacturers. The Arlington pattern was made by Hall China. The backstamp reads "Fine Dinnerware Harmony House Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Arlington Made in U.S.A. by Hall China U.S. Design Patent D 124881." The platter is 11 1/4" x 8 3/8." It is in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks, but there is some missing gold to the trim and a few light utensil marks. Arlington was made in 1952.
