This is an open oval vegetable bowl marked Haviland & Co. Limoges Haviland France on the back. The pattern is scalloped with gold trim and a line of little red flowers and dangling green clover or shamrocks around the rim. It is on the Ranson blank. The bowl is 10" x 7 5/8." It was made between 1896-1931. There is a small chip on the rim near a "handle."
