Here is a large late 19th century Chinese blue and white prunus blossom patterned porcelain baluster shaped temple jar with cover. It has an underglaze double ring mark as well as the 1891-1919 "CHINA" stamp on the base. It is 8 1/2" tall with the knob on the lid/cover. There are no chips or cracks. The glaze is slightly pitted with little pinpricks in the glaze, which is common on pieces of this era. The hand painting under glaze is well done, and you can see the brush strokes in the paint.
The wooden foot or display base is not original to the vase/jar, but it is the right size, and it is included in your purchase.
