Here we have a very nice caddy spoon for loose leaf tea, made when tea was a precious commodity and carefully measured and kept in a lockable box.
This example is silver plated and the makers mark is JB for Jonathan Bell working in Sheffield and registered first in October 1854.
As images show it features a cat with an arched back with legs extended and pricked ears.
It measures just over 3.5" long.
Please see all images for detail.
