This piece is the symbol for the Theta Chi fraternity founded at Norwich University in the 1800s, the organization's coat of arms goes as follows: "Or, on a bend gules, a nowed serpent between two swords, points downwards, palewise all the first", in wonderful condition this vintage piece is ready to wear or gift!
