This is a fine pair of very high quality and relatively early "Wassily" chairs after the design by Marcel Breuer, Italian circa the late 1960s or 1970s. They are unmarked but are clearly early, noting the exquisite weld joints, early hexagonal screws and fully ground tube ends. The heavy hand-stitched leather is likely original and beautifully worn.
Measurements: 28 3/4" H x 30 1/2" W x 26 3/4" D x 16 1/8" H to seat
Condition Report: Worn leather with staining and finish loss. Chrome is very high quality and appears to be mostly free of pitting or noteworthy blemish other than scuffs and general use indicators. Chrome was polished in the shop and the chairs are in fine presentation-ready condition.
