Large and lovely mint condition Rosenthal porcelain figure shows a woman dancing exuberantly with her head thrown back and her skirts swirling. Dressed in a green dress with white and gilt designs which she lifts to show her many petticoats. Originally titled "Rococo Dancer Waltzing", she was designed by Erna von Langenmantel-Reitzenstein (1890-1968; at Rosenthal 1910-1924) in 1913, Model number 207, at the Art Department, Selb Kunstabteilung factory. This figure bears the 1920s-30s "Selb Bavaria" mark. She stands 8 5/8" (22cm) tall. Pristine condition with no wear to the added gilt decoration.
