Edwardian Cabochon Jadeite 18 Karat Yellow Gold Ring
Breathtaking Edwardian Cabochon Jadeite 18 Karat Yellow Gold Ring. The Jadeite (part of the Jade family) is enhanced by entwined vines and a detailed mount that truly captures both the stone's stunning green color and the era in which the ring was created. Jade is considered to be "the stone of the heart" - and is touted to bring the wearer health and luck. But whomever gets to wear this ring is already lucky!
Cabochon Jadeite stone measures 11 mm x 15 mm. Weight of ring is 5.7 grams (3.7 dwt). US ring size 9 1/4. Ring can be easily resized. There is a marking visible on the inner shank - a number "9" - (see photos for reference), which possibly stands for the maker of the ring and not the karat of gold or ring size. Ring is not marked, but tests for 18 karat.
Gender: Female, Age Group: Adult, Color: Green & Yellow Gold, Size: US Ring Size 9 1/4
