PAYMENT: We accept wire transfers to our US bank account and Paypal. Paypal processes all our credit card payments. You do not need to have an account with them to use them. SHIPPING: Free global shipping to all Fedex Israel approved locations. If you pay with Paypal we can only ship to the address specified at the time of your payment. We do combined shipping and subtract $40 for each additional piece you purchase. Please wait for your invoice to be updated before paying. All items will be delivered with jewelry bags and/or boxes. INSURANCE: All items will be privately insured at no extra charge. The insurance covers both damage and loss. Damage insurance ends after the first 24 hours, in which time you need to provide photos of the damaged item and the packing material. Please do not throw anything away until after we have confirmed that UPS has concluded their investigation. IMPORT DUTY: On the advice of our insurance broker, all items will be purposely mislabeled and undervalued. It is incumbent upon the buyer to declare the true value to customs. Israel has free trade agreements with a number of countries including the USA, Canada and the EU. LAYAWAY: Any item that has been purchased using layaway can be returned or sale canceled, but only for store credit. On some items a longer layaway period is available, please inquire. GUARANTEE: All our gems are graded using GIA standards. As much as we strive to be as accurate with our assessments as possible, it is impossible to grade set stones with the same precision as loose ones. Unless otherwise stated all semi and precious stones in our listings are natural and untreated. The exception is thermal heating which according to the GIA is done to over 99% of rubies and sapphires. Oil traces found on gemstones that do not materially enhance them will not be mentioned.
