A dashing pair of Art Deco diamond drop earrings, in 18Kt bicolor gold, circa 1920's - 1940's.
These bold earrings have been beautifully crafted out of two tone 18 karat white and yellow gold. They have been prong set with 18 round old European and mine cut diamonds totaling, approximately, 2.66 carats together. All the gems have very good color (E - G) and clarity (VS - SI).
The earrings are in excellent vintage condition showing only expected signs of wear. Mentioned for accuracy there is a small filing blemish to the bottom part of one of the settings, that does little to detract from the overall fineness of the piece. They weigh, approximately, 4.18 grams together and each measure 1.26 inches (3.2 cm) tall by 0.31 inches (0.9 cm) wide. They are not marked but tested positive for 18K gold.
