An unprecedented and superb authentic antique Art Nouveau sterling silver Wind Maiden and Calla Lilies' broach in very good collectors condition. No Monograms. Authenticity Guaranteed. Sterling 925 C. 1902.
This rare and stunning broach " No Monograms. Authenticity Guaranteed. C. 1902The Extremely Rare Broach: This remarkable broach measures a large 7 Inches X 2.5 Inches. Clasp pin to the back. Hallmarked Aug 12, 02. We have never seen a broach included in any vanity set so we suspect that this originally began life as a brush back but was custom converted into a broach. If so, the conversion was very well done at that time. Some very small dents to edges and a very minute split. Extremely intricate and fine deep beautiful repousse of the Maiden with Long Swirling Hair, Calla Lilies, Wind Swirls, Flowing Tresses and Curving Whiplash Lines are in very good condition with no wear holes and no squashed areas. The women's nose is not dented. Being a larger size makes this a nice piece to use for a shawl pin or a kilt pin, or even hang it on a chunky silver chain and wear as a necklace.
A extremely rare and superb "Art Nouveau Maiden" Sterling Silver broach or pin with deep artistic metal work that will make a fashion statement regardless of how you choose to wear her! In a class of its own - she will anchor any Art Nouveau decor or collection. Simply stunning. This just screams "Art Nouveau." You Will Not Be Disappointed - Authenticity Guaranteed.
