Up for sale is a lovely large fruit bowl from Reinhold Schlegelmilch's German factory, the makers of RS Prussia. It has a lovely hidden image of the lady with flowing hair. It is marked with the raised circle or "nickel" mark. The bowl is about 10" across. It has some minor flaws, as is often found on the early RS. There is a tiny spot at about the 6 o'clock point on the rim that feels rough to the touch but you can't see anything. There is a tiny line in the glaze at approximately 9 o'clock on the back side and there is a spot on the bottom rim that looks like it was simply a very shallow glaze miss that someone felt the need to "fill in" with some old resin that has turned yellow. It would probably easily come off but I have not attempted to clean it.
