These are real porcelain sauce pans with metal handles. The largest pot is damaged, with a crack and small chip in the rim, as shown in photos. The other two pans are not damaged but there are a few brown specks in the porcelain of the medium size pan. These are white with little blue flowers and blue rims along the top.

The largest pot is 3" across the porcelain section. It is 6" in length with the handle. The middle pot is 2 1/8" across the porcelain section and 4 3/4" in length with the handle. The smallest is 1 3/4" across the porcelain and almost 4" in length with the handle.
Very nice display dishes for your antique French bebe or Jumeau dolls. The person I bought these from said they were purchased many years ago in France.
