Offered for sale is a gorgeous vintage MH bracelet done in her gorgeous faux baroque pearls in a larger size. The color of the faux pearls is a creamy white, maybe with a hint of gray, and they have a gorgeous glowing quality to them. There are two strands on this bracelet. Each faux pearl is uniform in size and there are tiny round brass colored beads in between each faux pearl. All beads are strung on chain. There is a fabulous faux pearl cap clasp and the hang tag for Miriam Haskell is near this clasp.
Measurements are 7-1/2 inches long on the bracelet from the end of the clasp to the end of the faux pearls (does not include the tongue clasp). Each faux pearl measures about 11 to 11.5mm around. The clasp measures about 20mm across.
Condition is very good vintage condition with some things to point out. The faux pearls are in pretty amazing shape considering its age. I do not see any major wear on any of the pearls and the faux pearl clasp is also in very good condition with no wear. On the underside of the faux pearl clasp, there was some green verdigris and I did remove a lot of it but I could not get rid of the verdigris stain left behind so you can still see remnants or a light green stain on the underneath of the cap. I do not detect verdigris on the little spacer beads or faux pearls, but the little spacer beads have some discoloration or oxidation on some of them. Other than that, it is in remarkably good shape.
This beautiful bracelet is the epitome of the classic Haskell faux pearl bracelet! If you have any questions, please let me know, I would be happy to answer them!
