Done in a wonderful layered design, this is a vintage 1950-1960 costume jewelery bracelet probably Czech done in shades of amber, clear and light green stones. The center has a clear glass ring surrounded by emerald cut and marquis cut stones in ambers and greens. Over top of the clear ring is a bridge of additional amber and green stones. The bracelet continues down to the goldtone clasp with rows of amber emerald cut stones and round green stones. Everything is prong set and in good condition. The metal is gold tone. There is a safety chain and the clasp is in good working condition.
I am including a pair of pretty vintage costume earrings that go very nicely with this bracelet done in amber colors. The earrings are unsigned. Purchased at an antiques show years ago, these were sold to me as a pair but I don't think they were a married set.
I have never seen another bracelet constructed like this before and I have looked for many years for another. I believe it is a very rare design. Also, it is not still, it is very fluid and flexible due to the way it is constructed. It is in very good condition. It measures 6-5/8 inches long and the center area measures about 1-7/8 inches long by 1-3/4 inches high. The center stands 1/2 inch high. The earrings measure 1-1/4 inch long.
