This is a Very Pretty Delicate Lavalier Pendant Necklace in 10K Yellow Gold with Seed Pearls and I believe Fresh Water Pearls and Amethyst Glass. The Pendant looks to be Art Nouveau to Edwardian Time Period and does come with the 10K Chain.
The Lavaliere Pendant is 1 3/4" long including the Bail and the Chain is 15 1/2" and has a spring ring clasp. It is marked 10 KH on the bale and 10K on the clasp. It is in Very Nice Antique Condition.
