Pin cushions come in many shapes and sizes, but this one could double as a doll chair if you don’t need a pin cushion. The back of the chair is 7 ½” tall and is “upholstered” to accommodate your pins and needles. The seat lifts up to hold more sewing notions. This would also be a cute way to display your favorite brooches. I can’t find any tags or marker’s marks on it, and it really has the look of a homemade piece. Some handy mom probably made it many years ago – she likes to sew so she made her own pin cushion! It is in very good used condition. The fabric is a bit dusty and two corners on the back “foot” show a bit of wear.
This would make a wonderful addition to your vintage sewing collection. Please contact us if you have any questions.
