I wish this toy truck could talk! I bet it was made for a little child during the dark days of World War II when metal was scarce, but wood scraps were around the house. It has mismatching screws, wheels, and nails. One of the back wooden wheels is missing some wood. The words U. S. Army are hand-written on the faded red side panels of the truck; some of the wood is split and dried out, but it is so cute and charming. It measures 9 ½” long, 4 ¼” at its widest, and 3 ½” at its tallest point.
