Great find for the avid baseball collector! This little 64-page paperback handbook gives all the official rules for the 1976 baseball season, published by the National Baseball Congress of America. At only 5 ¼” tall and 4” wide, the avid baseball fan could put the rules in his/her pocket and have them at each game. The book is copyrighted 1976 by Bowie Kuhn, Commissioner of Baseball. 1976 was not only the Bicentennial year for the United States, but that year the defending champion Cincinnati Reds swept the series, defeating the New York Yankees 4-0. The book is in excellent condition with no tears. The pages have yellowed but are still very readable. There is one stain on the back cover.
