This 10 ¼” diameter tin has been around for a good while and shows wear, but it is so cute! From the late 1940s-early ‘50s, it depicts a young couple gardening. The decoration has a Pennsylvania Dutch feel to it with the tulip garland around the rim of the lid. There is some loss of paint and some scratches on the lid, but the scene still retains its charm, and in spite of some scratches, there is still shine to the paint. The body of the tin is in very good shape with very little wear. There is no rust or corrosion; the bottom has some discoloration, but the inside is still very shiny.
