So popular during the 1950s, this reddish-maroon ball or tilt pitcher still has a shiny glaze for using every day on your breakfast table. The ball part of the pitcher is 6” in diameter, but is about 7” wide with the handle. It stands 6” tall. For being 60 years old, this pitcher is in remarkable condition. There are a few rub marks on it and what may be loss of glaze on a small spot on the bottom. There are several light spots under glaze which were done during manufacturing, but that is just the nature of glazed pottery. It is marked USA on the bottom.
This would be a whimsical addition to your 1950s pottery collection or to use every day. Please contact us if you have any questions.
