This is the cutest little chair I’ve run across. Some clever person had the patience to find branches that were similar in shape and size to form the arms, legs, splat and top piece. The seat and rockers are made from solid, smooth oak pieces. It appears to have been hand waxed for the finish, because it has a wonderful patina. The little rocker measures 17” tall, 14 ½” wide (arm-to-arm) and 20 ¼ ” deep (the rockers). The seat is 10 ½” wide and 7 ¾” deep. The chair is assembled with interesting old nails, but the rockers are attached with bolts. One arm is a tiny bit loose with the nail showing but is still securely affixed to the chair. It is a rustic chair, so there are rough spots just from the fact the branches were used for the parts, but, considering its age, it is in excellent condition.
