It is unusual to find real split reed in the seat of a doll chair, but this one has it. From the chipping paint, it looks like this rocker was once painted white, but it is now a pleasing soft green with just enough of the white and wood showing to give it lots of charm. The chair is 13” tall (as is the doll standing next to it – not counting the bonnet), 9 1/*’ deep and 7 ½” wide. The chair seat, in case you want your favorite doll to sit in it, is 5 ¼” wide and deep. The rocker is very sturdy with only chipping paint as a flaw (which I think adds character!)
