Bernardaud Co. began producing fine porcelain in the Limoges area of France around 1900, and has, over the years, manufactured beautiful tableware and decorative pieces. This bright and cheery Borghese pattern was produced between 1993-2010 and has become highly sought after. With the very country French colors of yellow and blue, pieces of this dinnerware could be mixed and matched for an interesting table setting every time it is used.
The salt and pepper feature a blue band with floral highlights around each piece and a solid blue top with holes. They are 1 1/8” tall and 1 1/8” in diameter. They do not appear to have been used at all. They have no chips, cracks or rubs. It doesn’t look like they were ever put in the dishwasher, and it is recommended that they be handwashed.
