Mid-Century Oneida Community Silver Plate Ladle in Morning Star Pattern
$17
We have an eclectic mix of fine art and antiques to primitives and well-loved dolls and toys
Welcome to Bluebonnet Hill Estates & Antiques. We have items from fine estates and from travels across the country.
The Morning Star pattern of Community line of silver plate flatware was introduced Oneida in 1948. It was a very popular pattern and could be found in many homes. The pieces are very well crafted, and the silver plate withstands a lot of use. This 7” long gravy ladle has stood the test of time, and, as seen from the photos has polished up nicely, in spite of its age. The ladle has a beautiful curve to it, and the bowl is slightly ribbed, lending a bit of design to the piece. It is in very good condition, with some use marks on it, but none detract from it.
These would be a nice piece to add to your tableware/flatware. Please contact us if you have any questions.
