All of Schumann’s china is beautiful, but the Forget Me Not pattern is absolutely breathtaking. This pattern was made from 1945-1970, and was also made in a very similar pattern that is pierced or reticulated, but this pattern is not pierced. The 4-piece place setting consists of a 10 ¼” dinner plate, 7 ¾” salad, and a flat cup and saucer. In addition to the lovely blue flowers and greenery, the plate is trimmed in gold and the flowers are accented with dark pink or cranberry. The blank is raised on the rim to help accentuate the flowers and has a raised lattice look. Inside the cup are placed small flower bunches. This is such a stunning set. All pieces are in excellent condition. They do not show much wear and have no chips, cracks or crazing. Very few knife marks. I really don’t think they were used much at all.
We are pricing each 4-piece place setting individually, so that you may purchase the number of settings that you need. We do have serving pieces to this lovely pattern.
These would make a gorgeous addition to your table. Please contact us if you have any questions.
