This lovely pattern was only made from the mid-1950s to 1963 and was supposed to be for the Japanese trade and not for export. Of course American servicemen brought it home to their families; so we now have this creamer and sugar for sale. The pattern looks like bamboo leaves in brown, gold and gray tones. The pieces are trimmed in gold. The sugar bowl measures 3 ½” tall to the top of the finial, and 6 7/8” from the tip of each handle. The bowl is 5” in diameter. The creamer is 6 1/8” from the tip of the handle to the tip of the spout. They are both in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
This would be a wonderful addition to your dinner table. Please contact us if you have any questions.
