REAL PHOTOGRAPH POSTCARD of two burros loaded with huge pottery water containers (ollas) and baskets and being led by a sombrero clad young man and young woman (she is hiding behind the other burro). The photo was shot on the road, in full sun and sadly the young man's face is in a deep shadow.
CONDITION: Great! There is a slight blue ink smudge above the right burro. Corners are all great. Card is unused. Image is slightly over exposed due to sunlight, there is a photographer's mark in lower right, (I have tried to darken and show in one of my scans), and a photographer's explanation along the bottom.
CIRCA: Pre-1950, but possibly early 1900's
