THESE AUTHENTIC LARGE ROWELED JINGLE BOB SPURS RETAIN MOST OF THEIR ORIGINAL SILVER INLAY, THEIR HEEL CHAINS, AND ANKLE LEATHERS. These have been in our collection for over 20 years, we have had them displayed on a table, on a shelf and have even hung them in a wall grouping. They are highly decorative, but make no mistake, they are real, they have been used, and amazingly they have most of their original silver inlay. Some people have referred to this style as "Vaquero" style spurs.
CONDITION: They are in excellent shape, they have lived most of their lives in a very dry country, so the leather is dry (not cracking), the leather shows wear patina and is the type that is found on most saddles and other ranch equipment from this time period and this area. Some of the silver inlay is gone, the rowels and heel chains are the original. However, the pins that are holding the jingles on has been replaced on both spurs at some point. One set of jingles are a replacement, but I'm sure the other set is the original, they have the same age and patina as the rest of the spur.
LENGTH: 9 1/2" (from heel to tip of rowel), WIDTH: 3 1/2", ROWEL DIA: 4", LEATHER STRAP WIDTH: 3"
