Group of 4 vintage and antique wedding photographs. The largest is in a custom folder (no photographer's name) and has a beautiful black and white satin finish photograph of the bride and her father? husband to be? I can't tell, they are facing the camera instead of the alter, so it could be either one! Her wedding dress is spectacular along with her bouquet! The photograph is in excellent, clean, not faded condition and measures 8x10. The ivory folder is slightly larger, very simple, but it does have a leather textured look to the outside. The folder has been stood up and all the edges show light soiling, some bent corners and some other signs of enjoyment through the years. No family name is available.

The next two are smaller and of a different wedding. They are real photo postcards, are both dated 1941 in ink and each has a handwritten note on their back with a signature. The interesting thing is it is a double wedding! Are the brides twins? Are the grooms best of friends, brothers? The date of 1941 puts this wedding during World War 2. My mother told me many couples got married right before their fiances went overseas. These two photographs tell a story, but sadly we will never know unless someone recognizes them. The vertical one has a torn top right corner and a few light scratches are on the surface by the same corner. The horizontal one is in good condition, their is a scratch on the lower right corner, a bend on the upper left corner and another a little ways to the right. They are both clean.

The last in this group is a color antique English postcard. It has a pencil written note on the back, no address
and no stamp, but does have the sender's name and the name to whom it was being mailed. I am wondering if this is actually from a postcard album and wasn't actually mailed. It has been handled and has some dinged edges and corner. One crease on the left side towards the top, crease does not go through to the back of the card. It has a great, charming, old look and feel. No stains or other damage.

Each item will come in an acid free sleeve, and mailed in either a hard backed envelope or possibly a box. I always refund if I charge more than the actual shipping. None of the items have any odors or smells of any type. Thank you for your interest!
