Here is one of the best examples of the antique English folding/fruit knives I have ever seen. It has all the boxes ticked: sterling knife in excellent condition with sharp point; beautiful mother of pearl body with carvings on both sides; a silver piece on the front for initials; a silver maker well-known for their craftsmanship - Walker and Hall which began in operation in 1862; a real antique date of 1895-96 and in excellent condition! Beautifully hallmarked: made in Sheffield (Crown logo); with lion passant (sterling mark); stylized "C' for 1895-6. A great piece for your collection.
