Presented here is a wonderful English Sterling Napkin Ring made at the end of the Art Nouveau period (1915). It has all the markings of that era - lovely scroll-work of flowers and vines - and is in pristine condition. It measures 1 inch wide and 2 inches round and has lovely banding all around. It has two places for initials, front and back. It is clearly marked with the lion passant (sterling standard of .925); the crown for the Sheffield assay office; and the letter x with the mark across it for 1915.
