The book is very clean and tight, very good +, (VG+), condition. The dust jacket has no loss of paper, three small closed tears at the top and is in good (G) condition. There is no writing/marking/staining on the book or jacket. Age appropriate light yellowing to pages/dust jacket and very light sun fading to top and bottom of boards. 10 3/4" x 8 3/4" x 3/4" 143 pages. Its message is simple and explicit. Man can ruin anything, and does. Mr. Blake, who is managing editor of Architectural Forum and author of “The Master Builder,” presents his argument against the “planned deterioration” of our landscape with cool skill.
