K&R All Original Child in Nova Scotia Costume - 8 Inches
Germany, circa 1910, poured bisque socket head made by Simon and Halbig for Kammer & Reinhardt incised, “Halbig (over) K(Star)R 21 (cm)” with molded and painted features, including one stroke eyebrows, full rosy cheeks, and a pink painted open mouth with two teeth, and molded ears, with blue glass sleep eyes. She is on her original five piece composition body with molded and painted white stockings and brown heeled two strap shoes, and has a blonde human hair wig with braid coronet.
She is wearing her original tagged Nova Scotia outfit which includes red velvet cape, faded blue cotton twill skirt, green gauzy apron, black velvet bodice, lace trimmed white cotton sleeves and shawl, and lace trimmed white undergarments. She has a white and black bible in her right hand.
Size: 8 inches tall
Condition: Excellent. Bisque is free from damage or repairs. Some light surface soiling to face. Some fading and staining to her outfit.
She would be a great addition to an international doll collection!
