Follow the blue with fabulous large '50s-'60s vintage crescent climber clip earrings awash in chaton, marquises and pear shaped rhinestones set in silver tone metal. So called climbers as they follow the ear up, the gentle crescent shape hugs the lobe then traces the outside of the ear for a comfortable, complimenting fit. With a hint of teal, these cool blue clips capture the essence of vintage chic.
The earrings measure a generous approximate 1 5/8 inches x 1 inch with a 1/4 inch profile or thickness. Marquises are about 15 millimeters x 7 millimeters; largest chatons, approximately 7 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is about 18 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All rhinestones intact, retaining color and brilliance. No chips, nicks, cracks or breaks to stones. All stones prong set glass. No dents or improper bends to metal. All soldering secure. All silver tone finish intact, fronts and backs. Clips strong and secure. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage. The earrings are shown inverted in top three photos. A note about color: All monitors register color differently. Our analysis may differ from yours. Please consider.
