A brilliant baguette rhinestone spray with three stems of faux pearls rises from a triangle of clear and emerald green rhinestones in this '50s vintage sparkler. The silver tone necklace begins with bilateral clear chaton rhinestone chains centered with a V formation of clear pear shaped and emerald green baguette rhinestones. Swept up in an arched bridge of clear baguette rhinestones, a trio of silvery rods radiate from center, punctuated with creamy white faux pearls. Wonderful sculptural dimension, complete with colored and clear stones and a dash of "cultural" pearl.
The necklace is adjustable to about 15 5/8 inches with a hook closure. Decorative center spans approximately 2 1/2 inches with a maximum 1 3/4 inch drop or width and 1/2 inch profile or arch. Green baguette rhinestones are about 5 millimeters x 3 millimeters. Largest faux pearl is approximately 5 millimeters. Weight of the necklace is approximately 22 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components intact. All "white" rhinestone uniformly clear and brilliant. Green rhinestone retain color and sparkle. Center baguette bridge retains arch with no bends or collapse. Rods or stems remain straight and aligned. Faux pearls retain nacre and luster. Soldering secure. Silver tone finish intact, front and back. Closure secure. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
The necklace is not signed. Design, materials, and construction, as well as overall presentation date it circa 1950s.
