For optimum sparkle, the large and medium lavender / lilac chaton rhinestones feature dentelle faceting in these wonderful '40s-'50s vintage Coro shield style earrings. Top emerald cut rhinestones are flanked on three sides with round brilliants in complementing color. (Please note that the earrings are photographed inverted.) Big stones and big color with brilliance to boot. Coro knew what clients clamored for. Rhinestones would be king.

The silver tone clip earrings measures approximately 1 3/8 inches x 1 1/16 inches at their widest point. Largest dentelle faceted chatons are about 13 millimeters. Emerald cut rhinestones are approximately 12 millimeters x 10 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is about 18 grams.

Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. Rhinestones retain color and sparkle with minor, age commensurate wear. No chips, cracks or breaks to stones. All silver tone finish intact, front and back. Earring clips secure. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.

Each original clip is signed in familiar script: "Coro" , no copyright symbol. The earrings date to the 1940-1950s.
