Wide and wonderful. Trifari goes the extra mile incorporating the more expensive process of utilizing dual tone metals in it's '60s vintage hinged oval clamper bracelet. Raised "lightning bolts" on top side are smooth silver / platinum tone Trifanium while base is finely etched, satin finished gold tone Trifanium. Back half of bracelet is satin finished gold tone sans bolts. This "striking" design is part of Trifari's modern / abstract art designs from the '60s-'70s. The wide, weighty bracelet is beautifully made with snap shut side hinge, alignment peg, and figure eight locking tab. It emits as much positive energy as when created some 50 years ago.
The bracelet has an inside circumference of about 6 1/2 inches. It's no twist / turn oval shape fits and feels superb about the wrist. Bowed top side is approximately 1 1/8 inches wide with a 7/16 inch dome. Back tapers to about 5/8 inch. Weight of the clamper style bracelet is a substantial approximate 72 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. Bracelet retains oval shape with proper alignment. No dents or improper bends. Hinge remains tight and strong with secure snap shut closure and additional protection of locking safety tab. Satiny gold tone and shiny / lustrous platinum tone Trifanium finishes intact front and inside of bracelet. No discoloration, rubs, or stains. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
Inside of bracelet is signed near closure point within a rectangular cartouche: "TRIFARI" with copyright symbol following. It dates to the '60s-'70s.
