Authentic Art Deco (1920s-1930s) dangle earrings, comprised of finely faceted crystal balls, saucers, cones and faux pearls capture the essence of the era with dazzling drama. The early screw backs (indicative of the times) are set at top with button style glass faux pearls. Flared crystal cones use saucer shaped crystal connections to the magnificent faceted balls. Marvelous luster and sparkle with enough swing and sway to dance the night away.
The earrings measure about 2 inches long. Crystal balls are approximately 15 millimeters; faux pearls, about 7 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is approximately 14 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components intact. Faux pearls retain nacre and luster. Crystal cones, saucers and balls free from damage. Crystal spheres are securely stem / screw set. Silver tone finish intact. Typical, age commensurate wear. Earring screws strong and secure. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
Possibly rock crystal (a clear quartz semi precious gemstone) rather than glass, as they are cool to the touch with exquisite faceting, clarity and dazzle. Genuine 1920s-1930s vintage. They are unsigned.
