Generously sized aurora borealis rhinestone line the entire length of this '60s vintage gold tone link bracelet for premium color dispersion and outstanding brilliance. Aurora borealis finish, discovered in the 1950s, is one of those milestones in costume jewelry that forever changed the "face" of the industry. Virtually every firm that produced rhinestone jewelry made use of these magnificent ab stones with much success. Our horseshoe link bracelet in light gold tone, is embellished with off set rows of a trio of chaton stones, one large at center with two smaller flanking stones. All are coated with aurora borealis finish. All have as new brilliance.
The bracelet measures about 7 inches long with fold over clasp. Width is approximately 3/4 inch with a 5/16 inch profile. Largest chaton rhinestones are about 7 millimeters. Weight of the bracelet is approximately 42 grams.
Condition is excellent / near pristine vintage. All components original and intact. All rhinestone extremely brilliant with superb color dispersion, favoring pinks, peaches and golds. There are no chips, nicks, cracks or breaks to stones. All gold tone finish intact, front and back. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. No issues. Bracelet appear seldom, if ever, worn. Near pristine vintage.
The bracelet is not signed. It is the quintessential '60s vintage glittery glamour jewelry, as popular now as when created.
