The Ledo mark was used from about 1948 to 1963 with a subsequent name change to Polcini. Since the Ledo mark was used for a short time jewelry with this signature is rarely found. The 1950s-1960s vintage earrings pictured, in luxurious rhodium plate, are highly dimensional floral designs pave set with clear rhinestone chatons. Leafy blossoms cascade from the center domed portion.
The clip earrings measure about 1 1/4 inches x 1 inch with a maximum profile or dome of 1/2 inch.
Condition of the earrings is excellent vintage. All rhinestones intact, retaining brilliance. All rhodium plate intact. Earring clips strong and secure. No damage / no repairs. Please keep in mind that these are vintage earrings and they will not appear brand new. They are wonderful examples of Ledo's work in floral design, at which they excelled.
