Art Deco Sterling Silver Marcasite Glass Stone Link Bracelet

Beautiful milgrain work (tiny metal beading) flourishes on each of the architectural sterling silver links in the 1930s vintage bracelet presented. At center an unfoiled and open backed faceted oval blue glass stone rests, set with four heavy prongs. Framework is embossed and set at east and west with tiny single marcasite stones. Bracelet secures via spring ring clasp -- older plunger / thumb ring type.

The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/4 inches x 3/4 inch at it's widest point with a 1/4 inch profile or height. Band / link width is about 3/8 inch. Center oval stone is approximately 18 millimeters x 13 millimeters; the two single marcasite stones, 1 millimeter each. Weight of the bracelet is 11.7 grams.

Condition is excellent vintage. All components intact. Center glass stone free of chips, nicks. cracks or breaks. All links aligned and secure with no dents or improper bends. Clasp secure. No polishing done to preserve patina. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.

Original clasp stamped: "STERLING". Reverse of center framework stamped: "STERLING". No maker's mark apparent. Circa 1920s-1930s.
