Weiss struts it's stuff with wonderful '50s vintage crescent climber earrings anchored with imitation amber like cabochons, embedded with golden foil. Caressing the cabs are crescents of golden topaz and smoky quartz colored rhinestones in chaton, marquise and baguette cuts. The silver tone clip earrings hug the lobe and climb two inches up the ear, bathing it in lustrous cabs and sparkling stones.
The earrings are a generous approximate 2 inches x 1 inch at their widest point with a maximum 1/4 inch profile or height. Cabs are about 15 millimeters x 10 millimeters; largest chaton rhinestones, 8 millimeters and smoky quartz baguettes, 6 millimeters x 4 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is 17.7 grams. Please note that earrings are worn with marquise rhinestone trio at lobe.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components intact. All rhinestones intact, retaining colors and brilliance. No chips, nicks, cracks or breaks to stones. Amber like cabochons retain colors, treatments and luster. Soldering secure. Silver tone finish intact with some minor contact wear, revealing a brass tone base finish. Earring clips strong and secure. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
