White enamel leafs jauntily jut between brilliant aurora borealis rhinestones in Weiss' '50s-'60s vintage gold tone clip earrings. At centers lustrous milk white glass cabochons anchor encircled by aurora borealis chaton rhinestones. Components remain securely riveted to reverse framework. Weiss of New York embodies all the best of past perfect presentation -- relevant some 50 years later.
The earrings measure approximately 1 1/8 inches across with a 3/8 inch profile or height. White glass cabs are about 8 millimeters; larger chaton rhinestones, 5 millimeters and smaller stones, 3 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair if 12.3 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. All ab rhinestones retain treatment and sparkle. Milk glass cabs retain consistent white luster. No chips, nicks, cracks or breaks to stones. No dents or improper bends to metal components. All settings and riveting secure. Tiny pin point enamel flea bites on one or two of the leafs, magnified in photos. No stains or discoloration to enamel. All gold tone finish intact, fronts and backs. Earring clips strong and secure. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
