Tortolani excelled at designing botanical themes, in both stylized and realistic forms. All pieces are hand cast. The set pictured, circa 1950s- 1960s, incorporates both with stems and foliage culminating in blossoms and berries / buds, featuring dangles on both the pendant and clip earrings. In anodized textured and shiny silvertone, the demi displays the antiqued or patinated finishes Tortolani is noted for.

The demi includes the pendant style necklace with a textured linkchain at approximately 23 wearable inches with spring ring clasp. The pendant is an additional 2 3/4 inches including bail bringing the total length to about 25 3/4 inches. Pendant is approximately 1 1/4 inches at it's widest point. The matching clip earrings are about 2 1/4 inches x 1 1/4 inches. Weight of the set is about 48 grams.

Condition is excellent vintage with all components intact. These pieces do have a patina so they will not have a uniform silvertone finish. If you know Tortolani pieces, you already understand their anodized finishing process. Earring clips, with plastic comfort inserts, are strong and secure. Necklace spring ring clasp secure. All dangles present. No damage / no repairs.

The necklace is signed on the reverse of it's pendant with "Tortolani" in script, preceded with the copyright symbol.
